A complete clinical reasoning workstation — built for speed, not to replace your judgment.

DrMedGuide is an AI-powered clinical reference and documentation workstation built exclusively for licensed clinicians. It generates a full 22-section structured workspace from a single case input — differentials, medication data, dosing, lab direction, SOAP notes, referral letters, and more — all editable, all exportable, all in under 30 seconds.

The problem we're solving

Clinicians are expected to carry an impossible cognitive load: every differential, every dosing range, every interaction flag, every documentation requirement — simultaneously, under time pressure, across dozens of patients per shift.

Traditional clinical references are excellent — but they require you to know what to search, read through lengthy articles, and then translate that into structured clinical thought. That takes time you often don’t have.

DrMedGuide is different. You speak or type the clinical picture — it returns a complete, structured, editable clinical workspace in seconds. 22 sections. Clickable differential engine. Side-by-side comparison mode. Section-level export. Everything in one place.

What DrMedGuide actually does

Clickable Differential Engine

Every condition in the differential table is clickable. Click COPD, Pneumonia, or Pulmonary Fibrosis — the entire 22-section report regenerates around that diagnosis. A true 'what if' reasoning engine.

Enhanced Mode (⚡)

Generates three complete parallel reports for the top high-likelihood differentials simultaneously. Compare them side by side to reason through complex or ambiguous presentations.

Inline Editing — Every Section

Click directly into any section and edit in place. No separate editor required. Every section is a live, editable document from the moment it's generated.

Section-Level Export

Every section has its own ⋮ menu. Export just the SOAP note, just the referral letter, or just the differential table — as PDF or Word. Or export the full report in one click.

Session History + Favorites

Every report from your session is saved. Access them via 'View All'. Star any report to save it to Favorites. Switch between, delete, or re-export past reports anytime.

Any Input Format

Voice dictation, text input, audio file, video file, PDF, document upload, or built-in case templates. Start however is fastest for you.

Reset to Original

Made changes you don't like? Reset any section to the original AI output instantly. Full editor view also available for distraction-free review and editing.

22 Structured Sections

Clinical input, primary diagnosis, differential comparison, recommended tests, medication reference, drug interactions, SOAP note, referral letter, discharge summary, patient education, and more.

What DrMedGuide does — and doesn't do

Vision + Mission

Designed around confidence, speed, and better patient care

Clinicians face overwhelming amounts of medical data, constant time pressure, and increasing cognitive fatigue. Our mission is simple: help clinicians think more clearly by structuring information in a way that supports high-level medical reasoning.

DrMedGuide is not a diagnostic system — it’s a clarity engine. It organizes relevant research patterns, differential considerations, medication reference information, interaction warnings, and investigative directions into clean, digestible formats that support clinician judgment. Think of it as a highly structured medical librarian — it surfaces the information; you make the decisions.

Our Vision

A future where clinical expertise and intelligent systems work side by side so doctors can move faster, think more clearly, and deliver safer, more confident care.

Our Mission

To give healthcare professionals a trusted second opinion in seconds, with differential diagnoses, up-to-date prescriptions, labs, and research-linked support in one place.

Why It Matters

Medicine keeps changing. Guidelines evolve, medications update, and complexity grows. We help doctors keep up without carrying every protocol detail alone.

Our Principles

Privacy-first. Clinician-first. Always.

Clinicians are the decision-makers. AI organizes information — it doesn't replace professional judgment.

Zero patient data retained. Privacy and security are architectural choices, not afterthoughts.

Speed matters in clinical settings. Reference support that takes 3 minutes isn't reference support.

All outputs are drafts. We will never claim otherwise and we've built that into the product design.

Transparency over hype. We tell you exactly what this tool does exactly and what does not do.

No EMR dependency. Works anywhere, on any device which you want without any integration.

Data privacy — zero retention

Clinical inputs are transmitted over an encrypted connection (TLS 1.3+) to our servers for real-time processing only. Processing is completed in real time. The input is then immediately and permanently deleted — it is not logged, archived, or used for any purpose including model training.

All clinical inputs deleted within seconds of processing

No Protected Health Information (PHI) collected or retained

No patient data used for AI training or improvement

Clinicians retain 100% control of any exported content

TLS 1.3+ encryption for all of the data in the transit

Designed to operate outside HIPAA scope — no PHI retained

AIP Innovations Inc.

DrMedGuide is developed by AIP Innovations Inc., a Canadian technology company focused on privacy-centered AI tools for licensed medical professionals. We build systems that reduce cognitive load and support clinical documentation — without storing patient data, claiming diagnostic capability, or overstepping the clinician’s authority.

Our commitment

We will never store clinical data. We will never produce diagnostic claims. We will never recommend specific treatments. We will never attempt to replace the clinician’s judgment. Our purpose is to support your thinking — not make decisions for you.
