1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing DrMedGuide (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Usage Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

DrMedGuide is operated by AIP Innovations Inc., Ontario, Canada.

2. Purpose of the Platform

DrMedGuide is an informational, research, and workflow-support tool designed exclusively for use by licensed Doctors.

The Platform:

• Generates investigational working summaries

   

• Provides non-diagnostic differential considerations

   

• Generates draft documentation templates

   

• Supports medication safety checks

   

• Summarizes literature-based strategies

   

• Produces research-oriented structured tables and summaries

   

DrMedGuide does NOT:

❌ Diagnose any condition
❌ Provide treatment or prescribing directives
❌ Function as a medical device
❌ Replace clinical judgment
❌ Give patient-specific medical advice

All outputs must be reviewed, edited, and validated by a licensed Doctor.

3. Eligibility

The Platform may only be used by: Doctors

Not for direct patient self-use.

4. No Medical Advice

All AI-generated results are informational drafts only and:

• Are NOT a diagnosis

   

• Are NOT a treatment plan

   

• Are NOT medical advice

   

• Are NOT intended for patient use without review

   

Doctors retain 100% clinical responsibility.

5. No Warranty

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not warrant:

• Accuracy or completeness

   

• Correctness of medication information

   

• Fitness for a clinical purpose

   

• Reliability of AI outputs

   

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

TOTAL LIABILITY OF AIP INNOVATIONS INC. SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

We are not liable for:

• Clinical decisions

   

• Misdiagnosis

   

• Adverse outcomes

   

• Improper use of data

   

• Losses, damages, or malpractice claims

   

This limitation applies regardless of the number of claims.

7. Mandatory Arbitration — Ontario Only

All disputes arising out of or related to DrMedGuide shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, under Ontario law.

• No lawsuits

   

• No jury trials

   

• No class actions

   

Users waive any right to bring disputes in any court except for enforcement of arbitration.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use DrMedGuide to give unsupervised medical advice

   

• Enter fabricated or intentionally false data

   

• Violate HIPAA, PHIPA, PIPEDA, or privacy laws

   

• Use DrMedGuide to replace professional judgment

   

• Attempt to extract or reconstruct PHI

   

• Use the Platform for academic cheating

   

Violation may result in termination.

9. Data Handling

DrMedGuide:

• Stores no patient data

   

• Automatically deletes inputs after processing

   

• Leaves exported files solely in user control

   

You are responsible for compliance with HIPAA/PHIPA when entering any PHI.

10. Modifications

AIP Innovations Inc. may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
