Prohibited Use

Users may NOT:

• Use DrMedGuide to diagnose or treat

   

• Provide unsupervised patient advice

   

• Enter real patient identifiers unnecessarily

   

• Misuse the Platform for exams or academic dishonesty

DrMedGuide is engineered for zero clinical data retention.
All input and output is processed transiently and deleted immediately.
No PHI or patient identifiers are stored, saved, or available to the platform operator.

Clinicians are responsible for ensuring HIPAA/PHIPA compliance when entering clinical information.
DrMedGuide is not an EMR, does not store medical records, and is not a repository of clinical data.
