These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of DrMedGuide, operated by AIP Innovations Inc. By using the Platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

⚠ Important: DrMedGuide is an informational, research, and workflow-support tool for licensed doctors only. All outputs are reference drafts — not diagnoses, not prescriptions, not medical advice. The clinician bears full responsibility for all clinical decisions.

Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing DrMedGuide ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Usage Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

DrMedGuide is operated by AIP Innovations Inc., Ontario, Canada.

Section 02

Purpose of the Platform

DrMedGuide is an informational, research, and workflow-support tool designed exclusively for use by licensed Doctors.

The Platform provides:

Investigational working summaries
Non-diagnostic differential considerations
Draft documentation templates
Medication safety reference checks
Literature-based strategy summaries
Research-oriented structured tables and summaries

DrMedGuide does NOT:

✕ Diagnose any condition
✕ Provide treatment or prescribing directives
✕ Function as a medical device
✕ Replace clinical judgment
✕ Give patient-specific medical advice

All outputs must be reviewed, edited, and validated by a licensed Doctor before any clinical action is taken.

Section 03

Eligibility

The Platform may only be used by licensed Doctors. It is not for direct patient self-use.

Section 04

No Medical Advice

All AI-generated results are informational drafts only. They are:

NOT a diagnosis
NOT a treatment plan
NOT medical advice
NOT intended for patient use without clinician review and verification

Doctors retain 100% clinical responsibility for all decisions made using or informed by Platform outputs.

Section 05

No Warranty

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." AIP Innovations Inc. does not warrant:

Accuracy or completeness of any output
Correctness of medication reference information
Fitness for any clinical purpose
Reliability of AI-generated outputs

Section 06

Limitation of Liability

Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of AIP Innovations Inc. shall not exceed $100 USD. This limitation applies regardless of the number of claims.

AIP Innovations Inc. is not liable for:

Clinical decisions made by the User
Misdiagnosis or delayed diagnosis
Adverse patient outcomes
Improper use of Platform outputs
Losses, damages, or malpractice claims

Section 07

Mandatory Arbitration — Ontario Only

All disputes arising out of or related to DrMedGuide shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, under Ontario law.

No lawsuits
No jury trials
No class actions

Users waive any right to bring disputes in any court except for enforcement of an arbitration award.

Section 08

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to:

Give unsupervised medical advice to patients
Enter fabricated or intentionally false data
Violate HIPAA, PHIPA, PIPEDA, or applicable privacy laws
Replace or bypass professional clinical judgment
Attempt to extract or reconstruct Protected Health Information (PHI)
Use the Platform for academic dishonesty or misrepresentation

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access.

Section 09

Data Handling

🔒 Zero Patient Data Stored

DrMedGuide stores no patient data. All inputs are automatically deleted after processing. Exported files remain solely in user control.

You are responsible for compliance with HIPAA, PHIPA, PIPEDA, and any other applicable privacy regulations when entering any clinical or patient information into the Platform.

Section 10

Modifications

AIP Innovations Inc. may update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
